Health Services
Doctor’s consultation and visiting hours for
students at the medical centre is from 11:00am to
1:30pm. The Polytechnic medical is opened 24 hours a
day, seven days a week including all weekends and
public holidays.
No students will be attended to before normal
consultation hours except for emergency cases.
All students are expected to register with a
passport size photograph for medical examination
exercise.
Medical examination for all new students at the
Polytechnic medical centre is compulsory.
Medical Card and Polytechnic I.D. card must be
produced at the medical centre before any student
could be attended to.
All sick students in the hostel or lectures rooms
must be conveyed to the medical centre for
treatment. Self medication anywhere on the campus is
forbidden.Any student on admission at the Polytechnic medical
centre discharging himself/ herself against medical
advice must sign an undertaking in the presence of a
witness.
